Reservation Policy

Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability and require confirmation from The Daily Grind Cafe. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 24 hours of submitting your reservation request. If you do not receive confirmation within this timeframe, please contact us directly at (303) 555-2233.

Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the table to other guests. You can cancel or modify your reservation by calling us at (303) 555-2233 or by replying to your reservation confirmation email.

Late Arrivals

We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. If you arrive later than 15 minutes without prior notice, we cannot guarantee that your table will be available, particularly during peak hours. In such cases, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Large Parties

For parties of 7 or more, please contact us directly at (303) 555-2233 to make your reservation. Large party reservations may require a deposit or have a slightly different cancellation policy. Our team will be happy to discuss the options and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your group.

Special Events

Dietary Restrictions and Special Requests

Walk-ins

While we encourage reservations, we also welcome walk-in guests. We will do our best to seat you as quickly as possible, but please note that wait times may vary depending on the time of day and availability.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show without prior notification, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the cost of holding the table and preventing other guests from making a reservation.
