Eleanor, a Denver native, envisioned a space where people could gather, connect, and enjoy exceptional coffee in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Our beans are sourced from ethical and sustainable farms around the world, roasted in-house to perfection by our master roaster, David Chen. David meticulously crafts each batch to bring out the unique flavors and aromas of every bean, ensuring a consistently delightful coffee experience. He trained extensively in Seattle and brings a passion for coffee artistry to The Daily Grind.
